Our Writers
News French Fries is a small operation. Rather than invent a masthead we do not have, here is exactly how the work is made and who answers for it.
How an article is made here
Articles are researched and drafted by our newsroom with the assistance of AI tools. Every article is then reviewed, fact-checked and approved by a named human editor before it is published. Nothing goes live without that review.
We say this plainly because it is how the work is actually made. We would rather disclose it than let a reader assume something else.
The editor
Leandro Bruzaferro — Editor
Responsible for everything published on News French Fries: what gets commissioned, what gets checked, what gets corrected, and what gets rejected. He runs the editorial operation at Foxy Media, the company that publishes this site, and his name is on the byline of the articles he approved.

Sourcing and corrections
Where a story turns on a figure, a date or a quote, we link to the document it came from, so a reader can check it without taking our word for it. Where a claim cannot be traced to a source, we do not dress it up as if it could.
We correct mistakes in place and note what changed. If you find an error, write to newsfrenchfries@gmail.com and we will fix it.

Send a brief pitch and two writing samples to newsfrenchfries@gmail.com with the subject line “Pitch — [Your Name]”. We read every submission, though we cannot reply to all of them.
