News French Fries is published by Foxy Media and produced by a compact team that wears a lot of hats. Rather than invent a masthead we do not have, here is how the work is actually divided.

Editorial

Leandro Bruzaferro is the editor. Articles are researched and drafted by the newsroom with the assistance of AI tools, and he reviews, fact-checks and approves each one before it is published. He is accountable for what runs on the site, including the corrections. How that works in practice is on our writers page.

Design and product

Owns the look, the reading experience and the performance of the site — typography, layout, page speed and accessibility.

Operations

Keeps the lights on: infrastructure, security, reader correspondence, and the legal and compliance side of publishing. Our company registration details are published on our company information page.

Editorial independence

Part of our revenue comes from advertising displayed on the site. Advertisers have no input into what we cover or how we cover it, and no advertiser sees an article before it is published.
